Jerry and Amy Frostick are the founders and owners of J&A Racing, a Race Management Company in Virginia Beach, Va. Their portfolio boasts one of the most popular marathon weekends, The Shamrock Marathon. Yet, for Jerry and Amy it is the communal nature of running that keeps them humbled as they manage 9 races across Hampton Roads throughout the year. Jerry and Amy tell their story of how they got their start in the Hampton Roads running scene, a bit on the history of the Shamrock Marathon, and why they focus so much on the communal aspects as race organizers. For more information about J&A Racing and to see all the races they put on throughout the year click here.Shamrock weekend is right around the corner, March 15-17.
